**Please see terms and conditions below for more information**
Submission images must be a maximum of 72 PPI. Submitted artwork images will represent your artwork accurately for jurying purposes. Please submit images that are true representations of completed artwork. In the case of multiple entries, SCAD Art Sales encourages a concise body of work. The smallest dimension must be greater than 12 inches. Digital installations will not be accepted.

Multiple entries require multiple submission forms. Example: An artist submitting 5 artworks will have to go through the online submission process 5 times.

Pricing: All work must be for sale. The artist's price is the amount submitted by you that reflects what the artist will receive if the work is sold. The artist's price must include all presentation/framing costs. The retail price will be calculated by SCAD, adding a sales commission to the artist's price. Once submitted and accepted, prices cannot be changed by the artist unless requested by SCAD.

Accepted submissions will be reviewed for accurate artist pricing. If an artist does not respond to phone or e-mail outreach, SCAD Art Sales will correct the pricing or remove the piece from the online exhibition.

If an artist is unsure about pricing, they should ask a member of the Fine Arts faculty for assistance in determining the artist's price of their work.

Sculpture: Sculpture submissions must weigh under 50 lbs and not extend over 5 ft in any direction.

Framing: Works on paper (including drawings, illustrations, photography, and printmaking) must be ready to hang and look professional when installed. In most cases, this requires framing. All framing should look professional. "Glass with clips" and plastic craft store frames are not acceptable. All work submitted must be for sale.

Paintings: Paintings on Canvas must be framed or stretched with clean, finished edges.

We look forward to seeing your submissions and celebrating the incredible work created within the Schools of Fine Arts and Visual Communication. If you have any questions, please contact Crystal Phillips at cphillips@scad.edu.
